Those of you who follow my Instagram will know that I have just had a lovely break at Centre Parcs. Whilst I was there I visited the Aqua Sana Spa, which I now do religiously on every visit. This place is beyond words, it's heaven on earth and therefore I wanted to take the time to express my love for it.

Aqua Sana Spas are Located within Centre Parcs Villages up and down the UK and they are heavenly places. I have only had the pleasure of visiting the Aqua Sana Spa located in Center Parcs Sherwood Forest so I can't comment on the others but as far as I'm aware they are all quite similar.

From the moment you step inside the Doors you feel immediately relaxed and soothed by the beautiful surroundings, relaxing music and lovely attentive staff who will do all they can to make your experience the best it can be. Even the look of the building and scents radiating from it are enough to send you to a beautiful place and unwind you from any stresses. When you enter this place of beauty, you just know that you're going to come out feeling relaxed, refreshed and amazing. That is why this is one of my favourite places on earth.

Aqua Sana take the stress out of everything, starting with your experience in the changing rooms. All you need to worry about bringing is yourself and your swimwear and they provide everything else from Robes and Towels, to shower products and hair dryers (but we'll get to that later). After exiting the changing rooms your are greeted with Vitale - The restaurant located within the spa. The food here doesn't disappoint and has that same healthy, refreshing feel that radiates within the rest of the spa. They sell mouth watering salads, homemade italian dishes and plenty of freshly made panini's, so there is bound to be something that tickles your fancy. If that doesn't appeal to you, then just wait until you see the cakes.... oh my goodness, beautiful. If you don't feel like eating then you can treat yourself to a glass of Champagne, wine, or a mouthwatering fruit presse and the treats don't end there. 

Passing the Restaurant you'll enter the spa itself and what a sight for sore eyes it is. If the beautiful Roman style interior isn't enough to excite you then hopefully the choice of over sixteen spa experiences and relaxation spots will draw you in. There are rooms to suite everyones taste such as a selection of steam rooms, sauna, greek herbal and plenty of relaxation rooms for you to lay back and relax to music, sounds of dripping water and beautiful imagery. If you're anything like me, then you'll find yourself hopping through all of the rooms to make sure you get a chance to visit them all, as each experience is totally different to the next. If you want to take your relaxation a step further, then there is a huge selection of treatments that can be pre booked prior to beginning your spa experience. For me, the spa itself is enough to help me unwind and reach a state of relaxation but treatments are available if you'd like them.

Although the photo above isn't of exceptional quality due to lighting and limited access to a decent camera, I wanted you all to see the beautiful pool in the spa. The clever design of the spa means that all rooms surround the outside pool so you can wander around to your leisure and take a dip in the pool whenever you like. The heated pool - although not very large - has never in my experience been crowded and it's heated to the perfect temperature that you never feel cold, which ever spa room you have made your way there from. If you don't fancy a swim, located in the pool there is an enclosed Jacuzzi which will engulf you in bubbles if your heart so desires. Alternatively you can reap therapeutic reward from the two massage showers situated in the pool. Believe me when I say, you won't regret taking the plunge - head first - underneath these high pressured jets. There really is so much on offer that you wish you had more time to indulge it it's beauty.

Even when your time in the Spa is coming to a close, it doesn't end there. Enter the changing rooms once more and immerse yourself in their beautiful rain showers with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash, leaving you smelling absolutely divine. Lucky on the occasions I have visited the spa it's never been too crowded, as I totally take advantage of the luxury products and shower experience. Afterwards, I can assure you that you'll smell so good you won't want to shower again.
