Helloooo :)
I'd been inspired by nails using tin foil this week, but rather than using it on them all and resembling the tin man I decided to just use it on one nail...
I created a miss match look which looked something like this once finished....
(my NOTW photo's are usually from my instagram @katielewla if you want to check it out)
Now here's a little break down for you of how I used the tin foil.
1. Cut out a small piece of foil (large enough to cover your nail and leave some excess)
2. Apply a blob of nail glue or polish and leave to go tacky then press the foil onto your nail and smooth out using either your finger or a soft orange stick.
3. Using the edge of the orange stick start to cut around the edges of your nail by using gentle movements to tear the foil.
4. Snip off the excess using scissors or cuticles scissors. Tuck the rest under the nails & apply a top coat.
Voila!
Here are the products I used to create my miss match nails. Be warned there are quite a few!
Hope this has been helpful :) Enjoy.
