The seller I used isn't selling this particular brush at the moment but if you type stippling brush into the ebay search it will come up with many of the same brush to the one I purchased :)

I like stippling brush from e.l.f. and it is also cheap. I like it for blush or highlighter though. I love eBay for shopping, you can find so many great and cheap things!
This is weird, first person I've read who doesn't like a stippling brush. I use both a stippling and a buffing brush, both by Real Techniques. I love to buff my foundation in most days but if I want a sheer coverage, I always use a stippling brush. But I suppose it's to what you prefer :)

Oh it's never good when the hair from the brush falls! But I guess you have to try to find out. Great bargain though.
